Dame Dash Says He’s Not Auctioning His Sneakers and Plaques
A couple days ago, a cache of Dame Dash's personal items, including sneakers and platinum plaques went on auction on eBay. But, according to the Roc-A-Fella co-founder, he is not the one selling the items.
Dame recently hopped on Instagram to set the record straight. He says he was first notified about the items by Cam'ron. "I got a call from Cam yesterday. He said, 'Yo Dame, niggas got your shit on eBay,' he started. "This is some shit I ain't seen in like 12 years. I got cribs all over the place, and offices all over the place. Sometimes I lose track of my stuff. I guess apparently it was in a storage for like 13 years. They said they tried to get in touch with me but they spoke with my lawyer. But I fire lawyers frequently and I guess they auctioned my shit. That shit like $18,000, man. So somebody came up. I do wish there would be a little more respect. But y'all know I ain't auctioning my shit. I lose shit and people auction it. That can happen. But I didn't care."
There are some very exclusive items up for grabs including limited edition sneakers like the Nike SB Dunk Low Supreme, Nike SB Dunk Low Heineken, Nike x Undefeated Dunk High, Nike Air Force 1 Roc-A-Fella, Supreme x Air Jordan 5 Retro, Roc-A-Fella 35th Anniversary Adidas Superstars and sample Air Force 2 sneakers. Platinum plaques from Kanye West, Jay-Z, Memphis Bleek and Beanie Sigel can also be copped.
