Busta Rhymes Takes You to Jamaica With New Song “Girlfriend” Featuring Tory Lanez and Vybz Kartel
Busta Rhymes is back. The hip-hop legend makes his return with "Girlfriend" featuring Tory Lanez and Vybz Kartel. The track was produced by Rockwilder. "Girlfriend" pays tribute to Busta's Jamaican roots, featuring a dancehall vibe that's only intensified by Vybz Kartel and Tory. The track comes just in time before the summer ends. It's catchy and once it's on, you'll want to get up and dance with a cool Red Stripe in your hand.
"Now let it go girlfriend/Bend and touch your toes girlfriend/Now all my chicks everywhere, hands in the air (show em!) and let em' know girlfriend," sings Busta on the hook.
The song is a loose single to help tide fans over until Busta's upcoming LP comes out. There isn't any release date as of yet but hopefully it drops sometime this year.
Most recently, Busta Rhymes went on the Crystal Pepsi Throwback Tour with Salt-N-Pepa earlier this month. Also, Montana of 300 paid homage to Busta Rhymes in his new video for his Don’t Doubt the God song of the same name.
