One week after announcing his newest project, BlocBoy JB has now delivered on his word.

After confirming his new music would arrive today (Oct. 30), the 2018 XXL Freshman kept mum regarding the official tracklist until the project’s release, leaving it as a surprise. Much to the delight of fans, the seven-track mixtape, titled Don’t Think That, features guest appearances from Lil Uzi Vert and HoodRich Pablo Juan.

On top of sharing his latest mixtape, BlocBoy JB also celebrated by way of releasing a new music video for the cut “Club Rock.” Much like its title suggests, "Club Rock" speaks to the 22-year-old’s ability to bring a party to life regardless of the occasion or setting. The visual sees BlocBoy and some of his crew donning classic rock T-shirts and acting in the spirit of the genre as they thrash a vacant garage and light up pyrotechnics.

The Memphis rapper has enjoyed his brisk rise to fame since dropping his debut project (Who Am I). His career began taking a colossal upswing following his “Look Alive” collaboration with Drake earlier this year. He also became known for popularizing his “Shoot” dance, with his consistent creativity, talent and work ethic leading him to the position he’s in today as one of hip-hop’s most famous rising talents.

On top of having a monumental year this year, BlocBoy also released his Simi mixtape back in May. The project spanned 18 tracks and featured the likes of Lil Pump, YG, 21 Savage and the aforementioned single with Drake, among others. Now, he's delivered a fitting follow-up.
