Big Gipp Drops New ‘Mr. Get Down’ Mixtape
Big Gipp has been making a strong solo push of late, gearing up for the release of his new album Zagga, but fans don't have to wait to hear new music from the Goodie Mob OG. Today, Gipp released Mr. Get Down, his free mixtape that features fellow ATLiens 2 Chainz,Trinidad Jame$ and Scotty ATL as well as Goodie Mob members T-Mo and Khujo and big name verses from Snoop Dogg and, surprisingly, The Notorious B.I.G.
“I'm trying to show people that this is an art form," Gipp told The Boombox last month while announcing the tape. “This is really a gift for the fans that have been down with me and Dungeon Family for over 20 years. I’ve never given away free music before so if any time is a good time, it’s now."
