Afropunk Festival has made it's home in Brooklyn, New York for the past nine years and now organizers have decided to switch up the scenery by creating a second event in Atlanta beginning October 2015. To pump fans up for the new event, organizers are holding a party Oct. 5 at a secret location featuring artists like SZA, Baby Baby and Sofakingevil.

Afropunk Fest 2014 featured some familiar faces like D'Angelo, Lianne La Havas, Trash Talk and SZA. While the official lineup for the Atlanta leg of Afropunk has yet to be announced, it's bound to be filled with hip-hop heavyweights.
