40 Glocc Suing Game Over Fight

This one isn't staying in the streets.

According to TMZ, 40 Glocc is suing fellow California-bred rapper Game over a fight back in July. The altercation was captured on a camera phone and spread across the Internet, and seemed to show 40 being attacked by Game and his crew. In the suit, 40 says that much of what happened was left out of the video, including when Game allegedly pulled out a gun and said, "Freeze or I'ma shoot, nigga." Though at the time 40 took to Twitter to say that he was fine—even posting pictures—in the suit he is claiming that he suffered major injuries.
