Yesterday (Jan. 5), Young Dolph delivered  the Lil Yachty collab "Bagg," the first single off his upcoming mixtape, Gelato. The Memphis rhymer also announced that the project is slated for a Feb. 3 release.

Dolph went on Instagram to post the mixtape's cover art, which features an amazing photoshop of Benjamin Franklin with a shape-up. The Paper Route Empire artist added the caption, "FEBUARY 3rd ‼️ GELATO droppin!🔥! #NewProject #HadToBringFrankToDaTrapAndTurnEmUp #PaperRouteBUSINESS 2-3-17."

The 31-year-old rapper released a number of projects last year, including mixtapes like Rich Crack Baby in August and his album King of Memphis LP, which cracked XXL's list of best projects of the year. Thanks to those solid projects, Dolph solidified his spot as one of the most successful independent acts in hip-hop.

As aforementioned, Dolph just dropped a terrific first single called "Bagg," which features Lil' Yachty. The 2016 XXL Freshman drops his signature bubblegum trap sound and raps like a boss. “That nigga is so fresh that I smell just like Ajax (ooh)/I got the bagg, I got a swag in a box still with tags/Show’ em my riches ’cause I came from rags/Jacksonville shorty, my bitch drive a Jag/Nigga run up on my sole, he’ll get dragged."

If you can't get enough Dolph, go back and check out a couple music videos he dropped before the year came to a close. He linked up with SosaMann and Mista Cain for the "She Will" and "Run Dem Bandz" visuals, respectively.
