Xzibit plead guilty to DUI charges brought against him after driving while intoxicated the night of his wedding reception. According to TMZX,  real name Alvin Joiner, has been sentenced to three years of probation and has to attend an alcohol education program following the November 2014 arrest. The night of the incident, Xzibit and his wife, Krista Joiner, were leaving their wedding reception at the St. Regis Monarch Beach in Laguna Beach when they were pulled over for speeding. Cops smelled alcohol and tested X, after which he blew a .14, almost twice the legal limit. He was then taken to the station. A month later he was officially charged for driving under the influence (DUI). Since he was given probation and a mandatory class, Xzibit can continue the honeymoon phase with his new wife.

The former Pimp My Ride host was recently hired by the University of Michigan and coach Jim Harbaugh to be the voice of their new rally cry for the upcoming football season. "The team, the team, the team,” said eloquently by the West Coast native. You can watch the video here. It's been three years since Xzibit released an album (Napalm in 2012). During that time X has been touring occasionally. Do you remember when he smacked Australian party promoter Patrick Whyntie in the face for lack of VIP treatment?

Most recently, it was recently revealed that Pimp My Ride was not all it was cracked out to be. According to participants, many of the features added to the cars were simply for the show and removed when filming was done–many times because the addition made the car street illegal. In more severe instances, former participants accused MTV of trying to get them to break up with their significant others for the good of the show.
