Wiz Khalifa has enjoyed a preposterous commercial run off of one 2015 single: "See You Again," the Charlie Puth collaboration that was used as a Paul Walker tribute in Furious 7, is currently tied with Eminem's "Lose Yourself" as the rap song with the longest reign atop the Billboard charts. (Later, it became just the tenth song in history to amass 1 billion views on Youtube.) Yet none of that has slowed down the Pittsburgh native. He's kept his name in headlines by dropping a series of loose singles, and popping up wherever he can to guest on songs by other artists. Now, there's a concrete step in the right direction: yesterday (Nov. 19), Wiz uploaded a video that serves as an announcement for Cabin Fever 3, a new mixtape.

The first Cabin Fever installment came out in February of 2011, less than a year after Wiz made his major breakthrough with Kush & Orange Juice. It served primarily as the prequel to Rolling Papers, his major label debut that dropped only a month later. Cabin Fever 2 was issued in the fall of 2012, just a matter of weeks before he let loose with his sophomore album, O.N.I.F.C. His most recent album was 2014's Blacc Hollywood, which spawned hits in "We Dem Boyz," "You and Your Friends," "Promises," "So High" and "Staying Out All Night." A sequel to Rolling Papers is expected some time in 2016.
