Travis Scott has been popping up for surprise shows all over the place recently, and did so again at the launch party for the new NBA 2K19 video game in Brooklyn, New York last night (Aug. 29).

Given that Travis had a hand in executive-producing the soundtrack for the popular game, he was an easy choice for a performer at the event. Nonetheless, attendees were shocked when the Astroworld rapper took the stage and gave lively renditions of songs old and new like "Antidote," "Butterfly Effect," "Stargazing" and "Sicko Mode."

The Drake-assisted track from his new album had the crowd at the Greenpoint Terminal Warehouse losing their minds—and it's at least the fourth time he's performed it over the last week. Drake brought Travis out at his show in Toronto and two shows in New York City in the past week. He also treated attendees to the 2018 MTV Video Music Awards to a performance of the song on Aug. 20.

It's been a huge month for the Houston rapper, whose slam-dunk album held the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200 chart for two weeks, prompting public backlash from Nicki Minaj. Regardless, Scott doesn't appear to be too bothered by the one-sided beef, and seems to be getting to spend plenty of time with his daughter Stormi and girlfriend Kylie Jenner.

Scott is heading out on tour in support of the album in November, and will be joined by Sheck Wes, Gunna, and 2018 XXL Freshman Trippie Redd.
