Run The Jewels is currently living life on the road, hitting Orlando Monday night (Jan. 23) as they tour the U.S. The duo will wrap up their Run The World tour in late February, but fans in Texas can catch their act come April as Killer Mike and El-P will headline the Fortress Festival in Fort Worth. El had said on Twitter recently that they needed to let some time pass before returning to the Lone Star State, per festival rules, promising they'd be back before year's end.

Sharing the Fortress Festival bill with RTJ will be Purity Ring, who have worked with Danny Brown, Ab-Soul and Chance The Rapper, and Flying Lotus, whose last album, 2014's You're Dead! featured Kendrick Lamar and Snoop Dogg. The festival takes place this April 29 and 30, at the Modern Museum of Fort Worth and The Will Rogers Memorial Center. Tickets are available to purchase now via the festival webpage, which describes the event as providing "North Texas with a festival comparable to any other major U.S. metropolitan area while pushing the festival experience into new frontiers."

As for the moves RTJ are making currently, the group will hit St. Petersburg tonight before heading to Miami and then Arizona. Peep the tweet announcing the Fortress Fest lineup below with El explaining to a few fans further down why Texas wasn't on their tour schedule.
