Riff Raff joins in on the Kendrick Lamar responses with something of his own. It’s not quite directly aimed at K.Dot, but he calls the track “The Neon Response.” This one is called “Ballin’ Outta Control” and will probably won’t land on his upcoming album, Neon Icon. However, its one of his lyrical highlights.

Riff took to Twitter and explained the inspiration behind the track.

BiG ROCKS ON MY HAND, GRAND CANYON HATERS TALKiNG DOWN CUZ THEY CANT STAND ME BUT HATERS TALKiN DOWN CANT UNDERSTAND ME. iTS A NEON RESPONSE TO THE WORLD TO LET EVERYONE KNOW WHO HAS THE BEST VOCABULARY & iMAGiNATiON iN THE RAP GAME, iTS NOT A DiSS. MY VOCABULARY SKiLLS ARE SO POTENT THAT iF U CAN'T iMAGiNE THE AUDiO ViSUALS THAT i DiSPLAY VOCALLY THEN U ARE EiTHER RACiST OR iGNORANT. KEY WORD "iGNORANT" = TO "iGNORE" SO THAT U DON'T HAVE TO OR DON'T CARE TO FACE THE TRUTHS. TO iGNORE GREATNESS iS PREJUDiCE TO YOUR BRAiN, BECUZ U ARE ONLY HiNDERiNG YOUR OWN PERSONAL iNTELLiGENCE. THE ONLY REASON i MADE THE NEON RESPONSE iS SO @cthagod WOULD PLAY THE SONG ON THE RADiO BUT HE AiNT PLAY iT CUZ HE iS FRiENDS WiTH EBRO.
