Update:

White Sprewell has clarified what happened between him and Biebz in a series of tweets below:

Original Story:

Justin Bieber and Post Malone are currently on tour together in support of Bieber's Purpose album, but the two acts, once presumed to be buddies, were at each others throats recently at a Houston nightclub.

As The Sun reports, Bieber and Post were in Houston's Che nightclub when Bieber extinguished a cigarette on Post's unsuspecting arm. The "White Iverson" singer was performing at the time, he eventually retaliated against Bieber by grabbing him by the throat. Whether the choke was done in earnest or as a joke isn't clear, but one can imagine that the literal burn administered by Bieber wasn't all that appreciated.

The Purpose tour was in Texas on April 9 and 10, with a stop in Atlanta on Tuesday (April 12). According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitutional, Ludacris joined Bieber on stage while Moxie Raia and Post Malone served as opening acts. Neither Bieber nor Post have offered comment on the in-club choke, suggesting it was either a minor incident or one the two hope to sweep under the rug.

Just a week ago, Bieber posted an image of the two musicians to Instagram while a few weeks prior he called Post his best friend in a caption that alluded to Young Thug's song by the same name. A sampling from Bieber's Instagram is included below.

Post meanwhile, is reportedly releasing new music this week, what will be his first official drop since December's "Boy Bandz" video.
