UPDATE: On Saturday (April 6), Kodak Black jumped onto Instagram Live and responded to T.I.'s demand that he checked himself for controversial comments Kodak made about Nipsey Hussle's widow Lauren London.

"I said what I said and then y'all trying to misconstrue what I said," he states at the start of the video. "Man fuck that. I don't give a fuck what y'all talking about. I'm in Georgia, right now. What y'all talking about?"

Apparently, Kodak was in Atlanta to perform a scheduled concert at the Coca-Cola Roxy venue in the ATL. The Florida rapper is currently on his Dying to Live tour.

Kodak Black's uncanny mouth has him in hot water and getting called out by some of his counterparts over some disrespectful comments he made about the late Nipsey Hussle's girlfriend Lauren London. Most notably, T.I. and The Game are blasting the South Florida rhymer.

Lil Kodak raised eyebrows on Saturday (April 6) when video surfaced of him making some creepy comments about London on Instagram Live, implying he would like to get with the grieving actress. Tip has taken up for his former ATL co-star in a video directed at the "Roll in Peace" rapper. "Kodak Black, you outta pocket, nigga. Fix that shit, quickly, expeditiously, nigga. You outta pocket, nigga. If ain't nobody else gonna say it, I'ma say it. If I see you, I'ma say it in your face."

Chuck also warned Kodak of the error of his ways via an IG video. "This shit go for Kodak Black and any other nigga disrespecting my nigga Nip name, his legacy, his family. Nigga, keep my nigga name out your fucking mouth, nigga. Keep his girl's name out your fucking mouth, nigga. What the fuck wrong with you niggas? No respect having ass niggas. This new generation, y'all fucked up in the head, nigga."

Following the backlash, Kodak responded with little to no remorse at first. "Hell yeah, I said what I said," he reacted on IG Live. "What the fuck? Y'all expect her to be single forever? I said I'll give her a year to grieve and cry. Hell yeah, she a bad bitch."

He later switched his tune up, slightly. "If I disrespected you Lauren London, in any shape or form, I'm sorry," he said on IG Live. "Even though I didn't. And rest in peace to dude. Y'all already know what I said. I said dude encouraged me to do shit for the community. My bad, to them two. But, anyhow. But for all you other people trying to fake act like you little boying me on the internet or checking me on the internet, that's how you wanna feel....Wherever y'all see me at, if that's how you feel, that's how you feel. Don't try to little boy me on the internet."

The backlash has extended past rappers, as at least one radio station, Los Angeles' Power 106, has vowed not to play Kodak's music. Some fans are calling him out on social media and are calling for a boycott as well.
