Madeintyo Eats Pancakes in the Middle of Nowhere in ”Depends” Video

Will you like Madeintyo's latest video? It depends. On Thursday (Feb. 8), the Atlanta rapper dropped the LouieKnows-directed visuals for "Depends," which is full of odd effects and strange scenes.

The video kicks off with Madeintyo sitting roadside on a beach chair as he sparks up. Surrounded by nothing but dry grass, the rapper watches the world around him burn as flames are edited into the scene.

The rapper finally gets his car to work and ghost rides the whip down the street to meet up with a beautiful woman. The two then proceed to eat pancakes while the "Depends" music video plays in the background on two old televisions.

The "Skateboard P" rapper has been busy as of late, linking up with Bhad Bhabie for the "Hi Bich (Remix)" and Carnage for "Learn How to Watch." In August, the artist also dropped his EP, True's World.

XXL previously caught up with the 2017 XXL Freshman, who explained the significance of being selected for the cover. “People dream of this moment and as an artist, as a rapper, even if today you don’t do nothing else after this, this is a staple in hip-hop history to be on the XXL Freshman cover, just off grip,” he said.

“From right now, every move that I make, I’m geeked for my son to understand what happened or what was going on. Like, ‘My dad was on this cover.’ This is one of those things that you’re excited about," the rapper added. "My fans rocked with me. This is the best timing. If you have something, if you’re a star, you are going to shine when the light hits you.”
