For someone who's perhaps best known for his role on the 90210 reboot, Mack Wilds has excellent hip-hop credentials. His debut album, 2013's New York: A Love Story sported guest features from Method Man, Raekwon and Doug E. Fresh; the production was handled mostly by long-time Nas collaborator, Salaam Remi, with assists from Pete Rock, DJ Premier, Havoc, Bink and more. But Wilds has dusted off his music video chops for an even bigger star from across the pond: he can now be seen in "Hello," the new single from Adele. Shot almost entirely in close-up, the visuals follow the British star's efforts to apologize to her ex, played by Wilds, to no avail.

"Hello" cropped up online late last night (Oct. 22) as part of the surprise announcement for Adele's third album, 25. That LP is due out Nov. 20 and will serve as the follow-up to her massively successful 2011 sophomore effort, 21, which netted her eight Grammys, including Album of the Year. (Kanye West's My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy took home Best Rap Album honors, but was nominated for the marquee award; the consensus is that votes were split between Dark Fantasy and Watch The Throne, which was released in the same nominating period.) Beyond his music and 90210, Wilds is known for playing Michael Lee in HBO's The Wire.
