Keyshia Cole will not be facing any legal charges for attacking a woman in Birdman's condo, who was later identified as a decade long Cash Money employee named Sabrina Mercadel. Although Mercadel continuously denied all allegations involving a sexual relationship with Cole's rumored boo, ultimately Mercadel was granted a restraining order against the singer to play things safe.

Sources from the L.A. City Attorney's Office told TMZ, Cole will avoid going to trial but she will have an informal office hearing where someone will listen to both Cole and Mercadel's side of the story and then give the singer a strict warning to never act that way again.

Depending on the detailed accounts from the brutal attack, Cole might be required to take anger management courses.
