After working in the music industry for over 10 years as one of the co-founders of Roc-A-Fella Records, rap mogul Kareem “Biggs” Burke is returning to the music industry with a new management company.

In an interview Billboard published Tuesday (Feb. 19), Burke announced the launch of Circle of Success Management Company, and his first client is up-and-coming Hitco artist Saint Jhn.

Burke gathered the idea for his management company after hearing Saint Jhn’s music at a surprise listening session. "The night [Roc Nation co-founder Tyran Smith], played a preview of Saint Jhn's new album, I drove home listening to Collection One and had an immediate sonic connection to his music,” Burke said. After meeting with the singer they struck up a friendship and he agreed to be his manager.

Burke is excited about what Jhn is going to bring to the current music industry. "He will be the next biggest artist and brand in the world,” Burke said.

Burke has the midas touch when it comes to helping launch the careers of talented musicians. While at Roc-A-Fella Records, he was instrumental in bringing a young Polo-wearing new producer named Kanye West to Jay-Z's attention. And the rest, as they say, is Roc-A-Fella history. Along with Jay and Damon "Dame" Dash, Roc-A-Fella sold over 60 million albums and Biggs executive produced every album on the label, including every Hov album up to The Black Album.

Outside of Circle of Success Management, Burke has developed several businesses in the fashion world. He recently executive produced two projects, including the film OG, which stars Jeffrey Wright, which premieres on HBO on Feb. 23 at 10 p.m. EST.

Congrats to Kareem "Biggs" Burke on his new venture.
