Travis Scott May Be Getting Career Guidance From Kris Jenner

Kylie Jenner, who is Travis Scott's girlfriend, and mother of their daughter, Stormi, has shot down reports that Kris Jenner would be guiding Kanye West and Travis' careers.

Responding to a tweet of the news, she writes "this isn't true," including an emoji of a girl putting her hand over her face. Kylie is the youngest daughter of Kris Jenner, and has been managed by her for years.

XXL has reached out to Travis Scott's team at Epic Records for a comment.

Looks like Kanye West and Travis Scott have a new boss handling their affairs. After ’Ye recently parted ways with his longtime manager Izvor "Izzy" Zivkovic earlier this month, and Travis Scott also reportedly parted ways with Three Six Zero Management, now, it appears the next chapter for both artists might begin with Kris Jenner.

According to Page Six, Yeezy and Travis may be getting career guidance from the famous mom-ager, and is said to be behind both hip-hop stars separating from their former management teams. A source for the site claims that Jenner, who most famously manages her daughters' careers, is reportedly in the ears of West regarding their career moves. Kris Jenner is, of course, Kanye's mother in law, and is the grandmother to Travis Scott's daughter Stormi, whom he shares with Kylie Jenner.

Page Six also reports that 'Ye's split with his manager was a long time coming. “They’ve been off and on for years,” a source explained. “But Kris is in [West’s] ears. Kanye’s been making changes and [he and Zivkovic] have grown apart — but Kris definitely gives her opinion and Kanye’s all ears. She’s about brand building and is gangster at it."

The source also claims that she is the one who convinced the "Goosebumps" hitmaker to leave Three Six Zero Management.

“She also told Travis Scott to fire Mark Gillespie," they continue. "They are 100 percent part of that Kardashian-Jenner brand.”

We'll have to see what direction Yeezy and La Flame may take with Jenner under their wing as they continue to transition in their monumental careers.
