Jay Z has made his next power move. The rap mogul has partnered with the UK and US-based management company, Three Six Group, to form Three Six Zero. The new company will focus on representing actors, directors and writers within the film, television and digital industries. It will provide full-service management services and will also offer branding and financial services.

Hov has been trying to broaden his horizons and expand his clientele to other industries. This is a pretty big step in that direction, as the Brooklyn native enters a wider entertainment world. A source close to the deal told Billboard that the choice to go with Three Six Zero as the name was because of Roc Nation's association with the music industry. Both companies will bring with them existing clients, including Calvin Harris, and Frank Ocean from Three Six. Serving as the new company's CEOs will be talent agent David Unger and Three Six Zero's Mark Gillespie.

"We will now expand to meet the need for international talent in the areas of film and television," said Unger in recent a statement. "The phenomenal growth and cross-over from international territories and ancillary businesses has transformed the way we service our clients globally. It is a natural fit for us to partner with David," added Gillespie.

This is Jay Z's latest business venture. He recently purchase of Aspiro, a music streaming company, for $56 million. Who knows what's next as he continues to expand his empire.
