Kanye West's song "I Love Kanye," albeit short, has become a fan favorite among the collection of tracks on his new album The Life of Pablo. Partially, because it's so damn Kanye, but the a capella aspect to the track is also a draw. Giving a beat to the beatless, J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League and 8 Bars recently added an instrumental to the cut calling the new concoction "Old Kanye."

With a blank canvass, the Tampa production trio forms the bars into a mellow ride by infusing cascading chords and not a lot of wasted sound. Stige adds a second verse to the track making it a full song. With bars that match frequently shared Yeezy sentiment he raps, "These motherf-ckers wanna get on it/Now I got the whole world wearing my shit/Oh, Imma spaz out any moment/Everybody wanna jump on my dick."

JL producer Rook shared the reasoning behind making the track. “It wasn’t just about making a beat, because that’s not what J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League does. We aren’t beat makers,” he said. “We wanted to take Kanye’s verse and make it into a full-blown song.

This is the second such remix to drop this week. A few days ago, DJ Premier added an instrumental to the otherwise beatless track. His T.L.O Preemix is significantly more boom-bap orientated than JL's soundscape but just as satisfying.

A couple weeks back, the League introduced a previously unreleased Drake and Rick Ross track to the Internet titled "Empire" which is off their recently released compilation project J.U.S.T.I.C.E for All.
