Today, Dec. 3, marks the 44th birthday of Trina! The Miami rapper gained notoriety in the late 1990s when she appeared on Trick Daddy's seminal single, "Nann Nigga." Over the years, she has carved her own niche, releasing six full-length studio albums and becoming known worldwide by her nickname "Da Baddest Bitch."

In her nearly 20-year career, she has remained as one of the most consistent women rhyme slingers in the game. The Glamorest Life rapper has been part of numerous award-winning collaborations and has earned several high profile nominations for many of her solo efforts. She's even transitioned into acting over the years, landing several small TV and movie roles.

Earlier in 2018, Trina starred on the debut season of Love & Hip Hop Miami alongside Shay Johnson, Bobby Lytes, Gunplay and her longtime collaborator Trick Daddy.

October of this year saw the Miami MC's most recent musical contribution in the form of the Blue Magic EP, a seven-track project featuring notable appearances from Boosie BadAzz, Kash Doll, Chief Pound, Ballgreezy, Nia and Da Brat.

With no official release date just yet, Trina has been working on her next LP titled The One, which is said to feature heavy hitters like Lil Wayne, Tory Lanez, Dave East, 2 Chainz and more.

Happy Birthday, Trina!
