Since he first garnered attention in New York at the beginning of this decade, Action Bronson has been sidled with comparisons to Ghostface Killah. As it turns out, the nasally drawls have been enough to throw everyone for a loop--even the Wu-Tang legend himself. "I thought he was me one day," Ghost recently told Vlad TV. "I'm asking myself, 'When the fuck I do that verse?'" Apparently, when the two MCs met for the first time, Bronson broached the subject. "When I seen him, he was like, 'Yo, everybody's saying I sound like, you--I'm not trying to sound like you,'" Ghost remembers. "He was a good dude, humble and shit. If that's not the tone of your voice, it's like, 'Yo, bruh, you a great actor. Because only Jamie Foxx and them niggas could do that shit.'" Ghost went on to sing Bronson's praises, before adding a stern, undoubtedly true qualifier: "Nobody could be me, b."

While this March saw the release of Mr. Wonderful, Bronson's major label debut, it's the elder rapper who's been preposterously busy. While he gears up for a second g0-round with Adrian Younge, Ghost is still enjoying the success of Sour Soul, his collaboration with Canadian jazz trio BADBADNOTGOOD, and his own solo LP, 36 Seasons.
