Ghostface Killah will be the next rapper in line to get his very own sneaker collab. Teaming up with New York retailer Extra Butter and footwear brand Asics, Ghost announced this morning, via the retailer's Instagram page, the upcoming partnership and highly anticipated project.

Set to release at this year's ComplexCon in Long Beach, Calif., the details behind the shoe collab remain vague at the moment, but with ComplexCon right around the corner, we may start to see images of the kicks in the weeks to come.

Dubbed as the Wallabee Champ, due to his love for the Clarks Wallabee shoe, Ghostface has made quite the impact in the world of fashion and footwear. His eccentric jewelry pieces, Versace bathrobes and colorful Clarks have made Ghost stand out throughout the years as one of hip-hop’s most distinct rap stars.

While a general release date has yet to be announced for the kicks, make sure to keep it locked with XXL to find out any last minute details surrounding this highly anticipated release from Ghostface Killah, Asics and Extra Butter.
