Kanye West received mixed reviews regarding his fifth solo album YeezusWhile some considered Ye's album as a musical masterpiece, others thrashed his work and labeled it his worst effort to date. Now, Mr. West is planning for his sixth album and his G.O.O.D. Music buddy Malik Yusef provided Rolling Stone a glimpse into the rapper's new project.

"This album is different. It's like a pair of Timberlands; like how Timberlands are not quite leather and not quite suede. It's not the smooth, slick Chicago music sound we have right now and it's not the ruggedness of just 'hip-hop hip-hop hip-hop.' We're still working like a motherfucker. We've been all around the world [recording]."

In addition, Yusef revealed that West has "20 finished songs." The G.O.O.D. Music veteran also explained that this time around, he and West have had less musical disagreements. When they were working on Yeezus, both men bumped heads on a multitude of occasions.

"We fought over Yeezus every day," he said"There was no friendly disagreements. It was definitely a war. It's 'I don't give a fuck, Malik. It's a Kanye album, not a Malik Yusef album.' Kanye's kicked me off the label eight times."

A few months ago, West's record "All Day" leaked. The rough copy of the record was instantly taken down. He did promise a fall release and that Yeezy Season was in fact here. Let's see what Mr. West has in store for us this fall.
