Alleged Mother of One of Freddie Gibbs’ Children Claims He Sent People to Kill Her and Their Son

A woman who claims to be the mother of Freddie Gibbs' child asserts that the rapper sent people to kill her and the son she says they had together.

In a now-deleted thread she posted on Twitter Thursday night (Aug. 29), user @RaeRenyse tells her timeline that she gave birth to Gibbs' son and claims that she changed the name of her child, born Ethan, at Gibbs' request. However, Rae claims that the rapper chose not to be in the boy's life until he was six months old because he was "mad." Mid-way through her Twitter thread, Rae accuses Gibbs of sending people to kill herself and their son.

"lol wait till you hear the part where he has a restraining order against him for sending niggas to kill me and his son, grab your popcorn," Rae tweeted.

Freddie Gibbs, who recently appeared on Cousin Stizz's "Toast 2 That," has at least two children that we know of. One is his daughter Irie Jane and the other is a son. The woman does not clarify whether her son is the same child who appears in a viral freestyle in which Gibbs holds onto his son as he raps over the beat.

It's been two days since Rae's tweets were sent, yet Gibbs himself has not responded to the claims. XXL has reached out to Gibbs' camp for comment.
