Earl Sweatshirt hopped on his Twitter account last night (August 12) and gave fans a hint at what he's been working on. The Odd Future rapper said that he's not in Europe with the rest of the OF crew because he's been putting together his solo debut album. He says the project, which doesn't have an official release date or title, is heading in a new direction from what fans are used to from the California native—he labeled it "pretty music." In addition, Earl said the project, set to be released through the rapper's own label via Columbia Records, would feature some of the usual suspects, like Tyler, The Creator and Frank Ocean, as well as producers Pharrell and Alchemist.

Back in May, it was reported that the rapper secured a deal with Columbia Records which also gave him his own imprint label.
