DMX will fight back against the Arizona Police Department, after he was handcuffed on Wednesday (August 24), for several driving infractions.

In an interview with TMZ, Dark Man X says he will take the authorities to court over what he believes was an unfair arrest.

"I plan on suing ... and I plan on suing for harassment," he told the gossip site. "I'm in discussions with multiple lawyers who are not afraid to go against the system in helping me clear my name because I have been harassed."

As previously reported, the troubled rapper was arrested on Wednesday night for reportedly driving around 102 mph in a 65 mph zone. He was charged with speeding, reckless driving and driving with a suspended license, but was quickly released on bond.

X disputes that the speedometer reached that high of a number.

"I was going 85 miles per hour,” he said. “I know for a fact I didn't go more than 90."

"I'm used to driving fast, I'm a New Yorker,” he continued.

The Ruff Ryders MC was just released from Yuma Prison last month, after serving seven months of a one-year sentence for a probation violation. He has a long history of criminal arrests related to driving infractions.
