Chief Keef is taking full advantage of his comeback in 2017, and not only is he releasing new material left and right, he's also improving on some musical skills. The Chicago rapper is featured in a new video of him playing the piano, which we're sure comes as somewhat of a surprise to most music fans.

While Keef is dabbling in other ventures outside of just music this year, the Midwest entertainer plays a casual tune on the piano in the footage while holding a blunt in his mouth. His boys shooting the video even name him as "the new Beethoven," which could potentially encourage his loyal fans to start addressing him as in the future.

Despite staying low key in 2016, Keef has been lacing the music world with new projects for all of 2017 including his Two Zero One Seven and Thot Breaker collectives. He even recently announced his upcoming The W tape, which he unveiled the cover and tracklist for last month. The project does not have a release date just yet, but it has features from the likes of Fredo Santana, Doo Wop, Lil Bibby and more.

He also recently became the topic of conversation online for guest starring on Viceland's The Therapist series, where he admitted to turning to paintball in order to get away from real guns.
