C-N-N Recruits Nas, The Lox & Just Blaze for “The War Report 2″

XXLMag.com just got back from the listening session for Capone-N-Noreaga’s The War Report 2 and the Queens, NY rap vets collected an impressive roster to work with on the sequel to their 1997 classic LP.

The album has 15 cuts, including cameos from The Lox, Nas, Busta Rhymes, Avery Storm, Faith Evans and Raekwon, who appears on three songs. Behind the boards, the duo worked with Just Blaze, Scram Jones, The Alchemist, Buckwild, Tha Bizness, Green Lantern and Araab Muzik, among others.

The disc, which will be released through Rae’s Ice H20 label, is set to come out on July 13. —Elan Mancini
