Update (Feb. 15):

The official title for the Rich Gang album is Rich Gang II: Lifestyles. According to a press release from the Cash Money team, the LP will arrive on April 14, one day prior to Birdman's initial release date announcement of April 15. The 808 Mafia-produced track “Bit Bak,” featuring both Baby and Young Thug, will lead the forthcoming Rich Gang album.

Original Story:

Rich Gang's Tha Tour: Part 1 was easily one of the best mixtapes of 2014. Yesterday (Feb. 12), Birdman announced that a new Rich Gang project will drop on April 15.

The Cash Money CEO posted a photo of himself and Young Thug on Instagram with the caption, "#RG2 April 15 album @birdman5star @thuggerthugger1." The post seems to fall in line with Baby's previous announcement that the new Rich Gang album would just be him and Thugger, without Rich Homie Quan.

Stunna recently appeared on Travis Scott’s .WAV Radio for an interview and said, “Me and Thug working on a part two right now. That’s what we doing right now, so we looking to drop it probably whenever we say go. But we got a good, solid 10-12 [songs] that we really, really like. Part two gon’ be me and him.”

Fans of Tha Tour: Part 1 should be pleased to hear that a new Rich Gang effort is coming soon. That first mixtape contains plenty of bangers, including "Flava," "730," "Imma Ride" and much more.

Previously, Birdman had announced that the new Rich Gang album would drop on Feb. 17. However, according to the new IG post (which you can view below), the date has been pushed back to April 15. The new project was originally supposed to be called Rich Gang: The Lifestyle 2, but that title has not since been confirmed.
