Birdman Hit With $1 Million Lien Over Unpaid Construction Work On Miami Mansion
Remember the lavish mansion Birdman bought last year out in Miami? Well Birdman may be facing some legal trouble over some constructuon that he had done at the mansion. The mansion, which was previously owned by Scott Storch, cost the Cash Money mogul approximately $14.5 million when he purchased it a while back. Baby decided to do a bunch of renovations on the place, and the construction company that did the renovations now claims that they were not paid accordingly.
According the the report, The Zankey Construction Company, which is based in Florida, filed the lien in court on Nov. 4. The court documents state that Birdman failed to pay two invoices form all the work on his home. The first invoice was for the sum of $998,700.97 while the second invoice totaled $43,049.35. The grand total of unpaid work equals $1,041,750.32.
According to Forbes, Birdman's net worth is $160 million. We're guessing he can afford to pay the company.
