Big Sean used to use "I look up" as a pre-verse ad-lib, but he presently has no one to look up to since his I Decided. album debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart. Following the success of his previous release, 2015's Dark Sky Paradise, the first week numbers give Sean the second No. 1 album of his career.

I Decided. moved 151,000 equivalent units in its first week, 65,000 of which were traditional album sales. Dark Sky Paradise meanwhile, debuted at 173,000, traditional album sales totaling out at 139,000.

Sean celebrated the achievement by thanking Kanye West and Jay Z on Twitter. He notes the inspiration he drew from Kanye's "Last Call," writing, "10 years later on the same day, the boy from Detroit you signed has the #1 album in the country! Because you gave me a shot."

He also posted a photo of himself with Jay Z, Hov giving him a Roc-A-Fella chain upon hearing Sean's latest.

In additional charting news, the Migos drop from No. 1 to No. 3 with their album Culture, while The Weeknd, slides to No. 5 with his latest, Starboy. Post Malone holds on to the No. 9 slot with his Stoney.

There was an indication last week that I Decided. would nab the top spot and today the confirmation rolls in. Estimates had the album moving 120,000 equivalent units, which it surpassed by about 25 percent.
