As we reported a few weeks ago, Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta producers decided to fire cast members Benzino and his fiancée Althea Eaton in the aftermath of the brutal brawl that occurred during the show's reunion in July. According to our previous report, Benzino and Eaton believed that they were being used as scapegoats for the fight that broke out. Well, according to a report from TMZ, that is not the reason at least one of the fired cast members, Benzino, was fired.

TMZ reports that the reason that Benzino was fired, was because he allegedly made death threats to fellow cast member Stevie J. According to the report, those threats were too much for VH1 to handle, and they gave him the axe as a result.

Benzino told TMZ : "Stevie J is a habitual liar and VH1 has never given me a reason for being fired."

He added that he thinks that the move was because of star power, and because "They wanted to keep the crackhead whore."
