Baka Not Nice Flaunts the Finer Things in “Money in the Bank” Video
After signing with Drake's OVO label this past year, Baka Not Nice is back with some new visuals for his "Money in the Bank" record. The Toronto rapper finds himself embracing some of the lavish things in life, including expensive cigars, fancy vehicles, beautiful models, and of course, tons of dough.
The new music video is directed by Edison Sigua, and starts off with a famous motivational quote about appreciating the journey of life, including all of the ups and downs.
"The only time you should look back is to see how far you've come," the opening quote reads.
Baka has began to make a killing in the rap game over the last year. He came into the spotlight on Drake's More Life playlist album, where he contributed additional vocals on a slew of songs such as "Free Smoke" and "Gyalchester."
He has also amassed over 7 million SoundCloud plays on his breakout record, "Live Up to My Name," since it dropped back in June. In December, hackers unveiled a Drake reference track for the song, which came after he was already credited as a writer.
