For the last couple of months, Pusha T has been staking his claim as having the best LP of 2013, a year that included releases by Jay Z, Kanye West and Drake. Not if B.o.B. has anything to do with it. The Atlanta rapper recently chopped it up with MTV and said his upcoming album Underground Luxury will rank tops on people's lists when all is said and done. "I would have the best musical album out this year, like hands down," said Bobby Ray who will rap, sing, play the guitar and produce on the project. "That's no knock to anybody, any of the greats like Jay and Kanye because I enjoyed their albums, but musically, what I put into this album is gonna be the best album this year."

The Grand Hustle artist announced his LP will hit shelves in December. With all the solid releases this year from big name artists including J.Cole, 2 Chainz, Wale, Big Sean and forthcoming projects from Pusha T, Eminem and Rick Ross on deck, B.o.B. thinks rap music's mojo is in a good place. "This year was a crazy year, everybody put out an album, but I feel like just the energy that's back in hip-hop, it's like back what you saw in the '90s when it was real superstar energy," he said. "I feel like that's very present among us."
