XXL Freshman 2016 is coming and the freshman hopefuls are gearing up to possibly make this year’s class. With the 10th Spot voting happening now, we have to let the potentials tell us why they should appear on this year’s cover.

This pitch comes from Brooklyn-bred rapper 2 Milly. The N.Y. native's infectious dance, the Milly Rock, spread worldwide in 2015, birthing yet another jig from New York's most populated borough, trailing behind Bobby Shmurda's Shmoney Dance. Although Milly is undoubtedly known for the dance craze he kicked off, he assures his popularity is more than just a fad. According to him, there's way more music in the stash that proves he's a serious contender in the realm of rap. Watch above as he tells us why he should appear on the coveted XXL Freshman list.

The XXL Freshman 10th Spot will run for one week. This is where the public gets the chance to vote an artist into the XXL Freshman Class.
