It's that time of year again. XXL Freshmen 2016 is almost here, but first, a vote for the 10th spot is needed. Starting today (March 28), XXL launches the XXL Freshmen 10th Spot. This is where you, the fans, get to pick one of the artists to be featured in the 2016 XXL Freshmen Class.
