The fourth and final suspect in the murder of XXXTentacion isn't going down without a fight. Earlier today (Aug. 9), the Broward Sheriff's Office revealed that Trayvon Newsome, whom they believe to be one of the gunmen involved in the robbery and subsequent murder XXX during a robbery on June 18, entered a not guilty plea.

This announcement comes just two days after the 20-year-old turned himself in to his lawyer and was handed over to the Broward Sheriff's Office in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. on Tuesday. Robert AllenMichael Boatwright and Dedrick Williams are three other suspects who have been arrested for the murder. Police believe Boatwright to have been the actual triggerman in the shooting. All four men are being charged with premeditated murder.

Williams was the first suspect to be arrested, and early on, the BSO revealed that their belief that he was the getaway driver during the incident. For his part, Allen was apprehended by the U.S. Marshals in Eastman, Ga. while he was hiding in the home of his sister. He was shortly thereafter on July 25. Allen pleaded not guilty last Wednesday (Aug. 1).

According to documents filed on July 30, Boatwright is expected to undergo a mental capacity evaluation. Around that time, his public defender withdrew from the case.

Just a bit less than two months removed from the death of X, all four suspects in the killing have been arrested.
