1992: Bay Area rapper JT the Bigga Figga drops his debut album Don’t Stop til We Major. Originally released on indie label Lil Daddy Records, it was re-released on Priority Records three years later.

For the album, JT drew on his California roots to offer up a body of work that combines West Coast flavor with creative lyrical skill. He was able to garner a successful underground buzz with other independent releases like Playz n’ the Game, later going on to sign with Priority. With Get Low Records the San Francisco based rapper would drop more work, including four albums: Know About It with Tha Gamblaz, Gotta Get It with Juvenile, Hustle Relentless Street Warz all in 2002.

JT a.k.a. Figg Panamera has been associated with rappers such as Snoop, E-40, Kurupt, Too $hort, Juvenile, Gucci Mane and Xzibit and has produced for artists like Daz Dillinger, Master P and The Game. –Chris Garner
