youngbloodz.jpgAtlanta duo the Youngbloodz were arrested in Atlanta on drugs and weapons charges last Thursday afternoon (June 1) when their tour bus was pulled over and searched by police. According to a report by the Atlanta Journal Constitution, the vehicle was stopped because of an expired Florida license plate, and a search was initiated when officers noticed the smell of marijuana coming from inside. In all, two loaded handguns and 11 baggies of marijuana were discovered and Sean Paul and J-Bo, along with their 12-person entourage, were arrested and booked. On Friday afternoon, everyone involved was released on bond. Jive Records spokesman Tice Merriweather issued the following statement: “The guys have never had any trouble with the law. They are completely innocent and they will be exonerated from these charges.”
