Eleven-year-old rap phenom That Girl Lay Lay continues making her presence known. Earlier today (Sept. 26), the tween rapper popped up on The Ellen Show to deliver an energetic live performance, and it was pretty cool.

Taking a platform lit by purple stage lights, the young rapper lets loose some perfectly kid-friendly bars about vegetables and more as she intermittently mimics the flows of contemporary rappers. "Drink juice, eat some spinach/Bully the game, Dennis the Menace," she spits on the track.

Before taking the stage, Lay Lay also performed a freestyle in front of the audience and instructed them to clap their hands. Based on her subsequent performance, though, it's clear that was just a warm up.

At another point during her stop by The Ellen Show, Lay Lay tells show host Ellen DeGeneres that Migos, Cardi B, Lil Baby and Gunna are her favorite rappers. Naturally, she lists Rihanna as her favorite singer.

Back in August, Lay Lay, born name Alaya High, became the youngest-ever female rapper to sign to Empire. Today, she unloaded The Cheat Code, which marks her first official project under Empire. Here's to hoping she puts in some work in the near future.
