Sir Mix-A-Lot Says “Baby Got Back” Was Inspired By Jennifer Lopez
Ever wonder who Sir Mix-A-Lot described as having "little in the middle but she got much back" in his iconic 1992 record "Baby Got Back?" While the public continues to drool over butts belonging to Nicki Minaj (who created "Anaconda" sampling Sir Mix-A-Lot's single), Iggy Azalea and Kim Kardashian West, Sir Mix-A-Lot says his inspiration still has the number one booty in the game. So who is it? None other than Jennifer Lopez.
The Seattle native recently revealed to TMZ, J.Lo was the secret inspiration behind the song. After seeing her perform with The Fly Girls on an episode of In Living Color, he was hooked. Who could blame him though? Even Diddy—Lopez's ex—cosigned the admiration for J. Lo's lower half. Have you seen her alongside Australian rapper Iggy Azalea in her new ironically titled song, "Booty?"
