Nipsey Hu$$le And Kobe Bryant Speak At Trayvon Martin Memoriam
It’s been nearly two years since the tragic shooting of Florida teen Trayvon Martin. His death sent a shockwave through communities across the country shining light on both racial profiling and the legal system.
Celebrities such as Nipsey Hu$$le and Kobe Bryant were on hand to lend their voices this weekend at the “Peace Walk & Peace Talk” event held at Crenshaw High School by Martin’s parents. The two spoke on issues that plague the African American community, offering up advice from their own personal experiences.
In addition to lending his voice, Nip’s brand Marathon Clothing created the commemorative “Crenshaw For Trayvon” t-shirts for the event.
