Lil Wayne got caught slipping. And he's not too happy about it. A few days ago, after weeks of speculation, a portion of a sex tape which appears to feature the rapper laying the pipe to two strippers hit the Internet. Now he is taking legal action to have the clip removed.

As if they didn't already have enough on their plate, Tune has now put his lawyers on the case. According to TMZ, Weezy's attorney's have filed a cease and desist letter to Hollywood Street Kings, the website which apparently debuted the snippet of Wayne is his socks getting busy and has since posted more clips from the sex tape. The letter reads, "We hereby demand that you immediately cease the use exploitation and/or distribution of the Video, and that you deliver all copies, including electronic copies of the same to us or destroy such copies immediately, and that you desist from this and or any other infringement on Mr. Carter's rights in the future."

Wayne's lawyers have reportedly demanded that the videos be taken by within five days or a lawsuit is pending. The rapper's reps have not conceded that the sex tape exist according to the documents, but if there is one, they say the Cash Money rapper was not aware he was being filmed. In the very NSFW video in question, a man who appears to be Weezy is getting serviced by two shapely women.
