The Port Authority police at LaGuardia Airport in New York City got a huge dose of rap raunchiness last month when someone played Akinyele's classic 1996 track, "Put It in Your Mouth," over the police radio.

Reports have recently surfaced that a trooper is under investigation for the incident that went down back in September. According to New York Daily News, over 50 PAPD cops and state troopers heard the song as it was possibly inadvertently transmitted over a company-used channel.

If your are unfamiliar with the 21-year-old track, or are just too young to remember it, it goes a little something like this: "Get on your knees, make like the breeze begin to blow/But don't give me no Ralph Lauren grin if you're not down to go low (deep in my mouth)/I'm all about mouth-fuckin/Only if you down for dick suckin." And those are probably some of the tamest lyrics on the track.

Another source noted that the incident, “tied up radio transmissions for all PAPD officers, causing a safety issue.”

Needless to say, the powers that be were pissed. “A trooper jeopardizing trooper safety on their frequency would be a serious problem,” Paul Nunziato, president of the Port Authority Police Benevolent Association, said. “But, for Gov. Cuomo to deploy troopers at Port Authority facilities and force the Port Authority to grant them access to PAPD radio frequencies while they disregard basic radio discipline, jeopardizing the lives of the public and my members, is inexcusable.”

The PAPD has investigated the situation and traced the transmission to a particular radio being used by a trooper. They have turned their findings over to the New York State Police. The trooper in question reportedly told investigators that the song was played by accident. It is unclear if the trooper will be disciplined over the incident.

Akinyele hasn't put out an album since 2001's Anakonda. Recently, he has been in the strip club game, owning shake joints in Miami and Las Vegas.
