The 2017 XXL Freshman class will be revealed this summer and now the Freshman hopefuls are here to show and prove why they deserve a spot in this year’s class. The 10th Spot voting is happening now, so each of the potential Freshman are letting you know why they should appear on the 2017 XXL Freshman cover.

Montana of 300 is bringing the heat. The rapper straight out of Chicago released his debut album, Fire in the Church, in 2016, and has multiple songs with millions of plays across the internet -- “Wifin’ You,” “Land of the Dark” and “Chiraq (Remix),” to name a few.
