Lil Wayne is denying claims hat he passed out drunk before a concert in the Bahamas in 2009, resulting in a canceled show.

According to TMZ, Weezy was sued back in 2009 by a promotion company called Red City Entertainment which claimed it fronted him $432,000 for a concert in the Bahamas but Wayne drunkenly slept through the whole thing. When Lil Wayne failed to show, Red Light claims it sent police officers to his hotel room, only to find him unconscious.

But Lil Tunechi insists the allegations are false, stating, "At no point [that night] did I become so intoxicated that I passed out on a bed in my suit, or anywhere else."

In fact, Weezy F. Baby says the real reason he didn't show up for the show was because the concert was canceled, although he can't remember why exactly. Still, he believes it had something to do with technical difficulties, including light and sound issues.

Wayne is now asking the court for a judgment in his favor. Emails to Lil Wayne's reps have not been responded. —Gina Montana
