Jazz Cartier Can’t Decide “Which One” to Choose in New Visual
Canadian rappers have been on fire this year, and the self-proclaimed "Prince of Toronto," Jazz Cartier, is one of their newfound champs. Less than two weeks after releasing his latest track, the rap up-and-comer is back with the accompanying visual.
"Which One," the newest video from Cartier, sees him surrounded by a bunch of women seemingly down for the red light special in the two-minute clip. Shot by Isiah Blake, Jazz walks around his native Toronto flaunting his riches, from the streets to an undisclosed housing property as he raps what he calls his "latest and greatest social experiment."
On the track, produced by Abaz, DZL and X-Plosive, Jazz reminisces over his unquestionable success and what fame has afforded him. Walking through the hood with stacks of cash, he spits "I used to be a little bo peep 'til my daddy got a Jeep, I was ridin' on big wheels (big wheels)/ Nowadays I can't sleep, do seven in a week, can't say I'm not a big deal (big deal)/ My kick back looking like tip drill/Getting to the money, can't sit still."
In recent months, Jacuzzi La Fleur has dropped "Which One," "Right Now" and "Godflower" as he continues to prep his long-awaited album, Fleurever, which he's been teasing since 2017. When XXL spoke to the man behind "How Did I Get This Deep?" last year, he assured us his major label debut album would drop after he finished touring, and to expect big names on the project.
“Rap’s a waiting game; some people get impatient and blow their shot,” he shared in XXL's Summer 2017 issue. “I’m just gonna put out good music and wait for my turn.”
Stay on the lookout for Fleurever, and in the meantime catch the visual for "Which One" below.
