A representative from the Pittsburgh U.S. District tells XXL a magistrate judge's report recommendation was filed to grant the motion and the decision is still pending before Judge Bethune. The defendant has until Nov. 4 to respond.

Original Story:

Ian Connor has allegedly been ordered to pay a $150,000 default judgement to Krystina Clowes, a woman who claims he injured her during an August 2013 concert when he leapt from the stage into the crowd, The Jasmine Brand reports. Based on testimony, medical bills and other evidence, a judge has apparently ordered Connor to pay $75,000 for bodily harm, pain and suffering and emotional distress Clowes endured and an additional $75,000 in punitive damages.

During the hearing, Clowes reportedly testified that she is in constant pain and remains bedridden, her quality of life severely impacted as a result of her injuries. She as well said that a pregnancy that began after the incident was very painful as well and because of her chronic back pain, she is unable to care for her daughter and requires assistance.

The concert in question was a part of the Under the Influence tour featuring A$AP Rocky and Wiz Khalifa. Clowes sustained her injuries during a set by A$AP Ferg when Connor and at least one other jumped into the crowd and “made violent and forceful contact" with her, causing her to crash hard to the ground, according to her federal complaint. She filed lawsuits against A$AP Rocky, A$AP Ferg, Ian Connor, and Live Nation for in excess of $225,000 but dropped claims against certain A$AP Mob members back in May.

In March, Machine Gun Kelly was sued for jumping into the crowd during a Little Rock, Ark. performance, landing on a wheelchair-bound man, saying in a lawsuit that the venue exhibited negligence by placing him “in a location of potential (and actual) danger."

Ian Connor declined to comment to XXL.
